Simone has lived in this area for 38 years, and is very familiar with the Lake of Bays/Huntsville area. She is married to her husband Clarence, and has 2 grown children. Simone’s eldest daughter, Tanya decided to join her in real estate in 2007 and together they started Team Grainger, while her youngest, Erika, runs a very successful Bakery/Coffee shop, “Erika’s,” in the heart of Dwight. Simone has been an active member of the community for many years. She has property management experience, as well as personal buying and selling experience.
